We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• All accessories must be included

• Clear unboxing video or photos may be required as proof

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
